1 | tbsp | Salad oil |
1/2 | sm | Cucumber, diced medium |
1 | sm | Onion, diced fine |
1 | tsp | Cayenne pepper or to taste |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Mix all ingredients and serve immediately although it is best if refrigerated overnight.
