2 1/2 | cups | thinly sliced onions |
2 1/2 | tbsp. | butter or margarine |
3 | cans | condensed beef broth |
1 | tsp. | Worchestershire sauce |
2 | French or hard rolls, sliced and toasted | |
Grated Parmesan cheese |
For a gourmet touch, place in preheated broiler for a few seconds
till cheese is lightly browned.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
