1 | stick | Butter or margarine |
1/2 | tsp | Sage |
1/2 | tsp | Oregano |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tsp | Pepper |
2 | tsp | Dill |
Peel and cut potatoes in small pieces. Put in crockpot with cream, milk and butter. Cook on high and cover for about 3 hours till mushy. Add spices and more milk if needed. Cover and cook for about another hour.
