Crab Puff Open Face Sandwiches

Crab, drained

Shredded cheddar cheese, loosely packed

Green onion, chopped fine
1/4 to 1/2

Mayonnaise
dash
Tabasco

tsp
Lemon juice
Paprika
Mix together and spread on Sourdough bread, sprinkle with paprika and broil until puffy.
