Crabmeat Cheese Buns

Shredded process American cheese (about 8 ounces)

Butter or margarine

Can (71/2 oz)
Crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed

Hamburger buns, split
Melt cheese and butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in crabmeat.
Place buns cut side up on broiler rack; spread each half with crabmeat mixture.
Set oven control at broil and/or 550°. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat about 2 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
6 servings (2 halves each).
