This is a fabulous chowder
2 | cups | diced potato |
1 | cup. | diced onion |
1/3 | cup | diced carrot |
1 | chicken bouillon cube - 1/5 oz. size | |
1 | cup | water |
1 | tsp. | parsley flakes |
3/4 | cup | peas, fresh or frozen |
6 1/2 | oz. | canned flaked ham (I used left-over ham and it worked great) |
2 | cups | milk |
8 | oz. | mild processed cheese, cut up (Velveeta is good) |
