From Serendipity House - Dumas, TX

2	tbsp	Buttter
3/4	C	Chopped onion
6	C	Water
6		Chicken bouillon cubes
8	oz	Fine egg noodles
1	tsp	Salt
2	10-oz pkg	Chopped broccoli
1/8	tsp	Garlic powder
6	C	Milk
1	lb	Processed cheese
		Pepper to taste

• Saute onion in butter for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes. Heat to boiling until cubes are dissolved.
• Gradually add noodles and salt, cook till mixture boils - uncovered for 3 minutes.
• Stir in broccoli and garlic powder and cook for 4 minutes. Add milk, cheese and pepper.

• Continue cooking till cheese melts, stirring constantly. Serve hot. (Can be frozen and reheated in double boiler.)
