Worcestershire-Teriyaki Marinade

Discard any remaining marinade.

Worcestershire Sauce
1/4
cup
rice wine or white vinegar
1
tbl.
honey
2
tbls.
dry sherry (optional)

tbls.
vegetable oil
2
tbls.
soy sauce
1/4
tsp.
ground ginger
Combine all ingredients. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade, refrigerate.
In large shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, marinate your favorite steak(s) in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 to 24 hours.
Remove meat from refrigerator and discard marinade. Grill or broil steak(s), brushing with reserved marinade until desired doneness.
Makes 1 cup
