Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce
From the Kitchen of:
Pepper

cup
broccoli tops
1
(15 ounce) can
whole kernel corn, drained
1
cup f
resh sliced mushrooms
1
cup
sliced carrots
2
(8 ounce) cans
tomato sauce
Combine broccoli, corn, mushrooms, carrots and tomato sauce in large pot. Cook on medium heat for about 20 min. Stir occasionally to keep sauce from sticking.
Serve sauce over cooked and drained al dente spaghetti.
