Serve over cauliflower or asparagus

1/2	cup	shredded process Swiss cheese
1/4	cup	mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2	cup	sour cream

• Combine cheese and mayonnaise.
• Cook over low heat, stirring constantly till cheese melts.
• Beat smooth with rotary beater. Mix in sour cream.
• Heat through.
• Add a dash of paprika for color when serving.
