Swiss Cheese Sauce

Serve over cauliflower or asparagus
1/2
cup
shredded process Swiss cheese
1/4
cup
mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2
cup
sour cream
Combine cheese and mayonnaise.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly till cheese melts.
Beat smooth with rotary beater. Mix in sour cream.
Heat through.
Add a dash of paprika for color when serving.
