freshly grated orange rind

orange juice

honey

low fat margarine

fresh
orange, divided into sections and coarsely chopped
Mix cornstarch, orange rind, juice and honey in a small saucepan over med. high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened and clear. Remove from heat and add the margarine, stirring until it melts. Add orange sections.
