Strawberry Raspberry Sauce
From the Kitchen of: Pepper

Serve over Shortcake, pound cake or angelfood cake
| 1/3 | cup | sugar |
| 2 | tbl. | seedless raspberry jam |
| 1 | tbl. | raspberry vinegar |
| 1 | tbl. | raspberry liqueur |
| | Pinch | black pepper |
| 1/2 | cup | strawberries, mashed |
| 2 1/2 | cups | strawberries, quartered
|
- Mix sugar, vinegar, raspberry jam, raspberry liqueur and black pepper in a bowl. Add strawberries; mash to puree, dissolving sugar. Quarter 2 1/2 cups berries; add to mixture.
