raspberry vinegar

honey

candied ginger, finely chopped
Pinch
black pepper

strawberries, mashed
2 1/2
cups
strawberries, quartered
Mix sugar, vinegar, honey, ginger and black pepper in a bowl. Add strawberries; mash to puree, dissolving sugar. Quarter 2 1/2 cups berries; add to mixture.
