Strawberry Orange Sauce

Serve over Shortcake, pound cake or angelfood cake
1/3 | cup | sugar |
1 | tbl. | raspberry vinegar |
1 | tbl. | honey |
1 | tbl. | frozen orange juice concentrate |
1 | tbl. | sieved orange marmalade |
| Pinch | black pepper |
1/2 | cup | strawberries, mashed |
2 1/2 | cups | strawberries, quartered |

Mix sugar, vinegar, honey, orange juice concentrate, orange marmalade and black pepper in a bowl. Add strawberries; mash to puree, dissolving sugar. Quarter 2 1/2 cups berries; add to mixture.
