Peppered Steak Sauce

3 | tablespoons | margarine or butter |
1 1/4 | cups | water |
1 | package | McCormick® Green Peppercorn Sauce Blend |
1 | tablespoon | white wine vinegar |
1/8 | teaspoon | McCormick® Ground Red Pepper

- Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in Sauce Blend with a wire whisk. Gradually stir in water. Add vinegar and Red Pepper.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce comes to a boil.
- Simmer 1 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently.
Serve sauce over grilled or broiled steaks.
Side dishes: Baked potatoes; Steamed green beans
Makes 1 1/2 cups
