Peppered Steak Sauce

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in Sauce Blend with a wire whisk. Gradually stir in water. Add vinegar and Red Pepper.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce comes to a boil.
  4. Simmer 1 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently.

Serve sauce over grilled or broiled steaks.

Side dishes: Baked potatoes; Steamed green beans

Makes 1 1/2 cups
