Serve with fish.

1/4	C	Butter
1/4	C	Flour
2	C	Fish Stock
1/2	Tsp	Salt
	Dash	Cayenne Pepper
	Dash	dry mustard
1	tbl	Parsley, minced

• Blend flour and butter.
• Add fish stock, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
• Cook for 5 min.
• Add parsley.
