Parsley Sauce
From the Kitchen of: Pepper

Serve with fish.
1/4 | C | Butter |
1/4 | C | Flour |
2 | C | Fish Stock |
1/2 | Tsp | Salt |
| Dash | Cayenne Pepper |
| Dash | dry mustard |
1 | tbl | Parsley, minced |
- Blend flour and butter.
- Add fish stock, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
- Cook for 5 min.
- Add parsley.
