Orange Sauce

| 4 | | egg yolks |
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| juice | of | 2 oranges |
| little | grated | orange rind |
- Cook in double boiler under creamy.
- Add:
- 1/2 pt whipped cream
- 1/2 C coconut.
