Orange Chili Barbecue Sauce

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and mix well.
  • Heat the sauce until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 1 minute.
  • Use the sauce immediately as a marinade and baste for grilled chicken, ribs, beef or pork. Or, cool and store in the refrigerator for future use.
  • Makes 6 servings
