Nectarine Salsa

Comments: Serve salsa with shrimp hot or cold.
3 | | fresh nectarines |
1 | | red bell pepper |
1/2 | | red onion |
1 | | seeded jalapeno pepper |
1 | tablespoon | fresh chopped cilantro |
1 | tablespoon | lime juice |
1 | tablespoon | honey |
1/2 | tablespoon | olive oil |
1 | tablespoon | island jerk seasoning |
- Dice first four ingredients into small pieces.
- In bowl, combine all ingredients. Let sit for one hour.
- Makes enough salsa for four appetizer servings.
