Celery, sliced

Yellow Onion, chopped

can chopped Tomatoes (Best if you chop your own)

can Hot Green Chilies

can Tomato Paste

Fresh Chopped Cilantro Pepper

Black Pepper

Jalepeno Peppers, chopped (mild or hot)

Cayenne Pepper
salt to taste
pinch Olive Oil
Add a pinch of Olive Oil to the celery and onions and fry about 5-10 minutes until onions are clear. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, water and green chilies and simmer. Add dried and chopped spices. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Rapidly chill. Best served with side of refried beans.
