Mexican Salsa
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
1 | | tomato |
1 | | avocado |
2 | | green onions |
1/2 | tea. | Mexican chili powder |
1 | tbl. | parsley, chopped |
1 | tbl. | lemon juice |
- Wash tomato and cut into small cubes. Peel and de-stone the avocado and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- Trim the spring onions and slice finely.
- Mix the tomato, avocado, green onions, chill powder, parsley and lemon juice together.
- Serve at room temperature. Makes about two cups.
