Meuni'ere Sauce

Serve over fish

Butter or margarine

Green onions, chopped

Lemon juice

Hot pepper sauce

Parsley, minced

tablespoon
Salt

White pepper

Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
