Jeanne's Lemon Fish Sauce
From the Kitchen of: Jeanne
Good served over Sauteed Shrimp in Butter or Fish
2 | Tbsp. | dry White wine (or vermouth) |
2 | Tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
2 | tsp. | Grated lemon peel |
3/4 | C. | Whipping Cream |
1/2 | C. | Chicken Broth |
| | Dill to taste |
| | Any other favorite seasonings |
Saute your shrimp or fish in butter, set aside to drain well
Add all ingredients except the cream to the pan you cooked the
fish or shrimp in. Deglaze the pan.
Let liquid reduce to about half.
Add Cream and simmer gently, stirring until it thickens, about 8-10 minutes.
