Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Comments: Wonderful over prime rib

1	cup	whipping cream
1/2	cup	freshly ground pure horseradish
(or 1/4	cup	prepared)
1/3	cup	mayonnaise
1	tsp.	dry mustard (I like Coleman's)
	Generous dash	of cayenne pepper

Whip cream with a mixer until it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold in remaining ingredients.
May be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
