Goodness Sauce
From the Kitchen of: Pepper

| 2 | Tbl. | butter |
| 1 | Cup | brown sugar |
| 1 | Tbl. | corn syrup |
| 1/2 | Cup | orange juice |
| 1 | Tbl. | orange rind |
| 1 | tea. | baking soda |
| 1/2 | Cup | sour cream |
| 1/2 | Cup | chopped pecans |
- Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil. Boil 5 min.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream and pecans.
