Garden Pasta Sauce

zucchini, coarsely chopped
1/2
pound
mushrooms, quartered

tablespoon
olive oil
1
can (14 1/2 ounce)
whole tomatoes
1
package (1.5 oz)
McCormick® Italian-Style Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1/2
cup
water
1
teaspoon
sugar (optional)
Cooked Fettuccini
1. In nonstick skillet, saute' zucchini and mushrooms in olive oil until tender.
2. Stir in tomatoes, Spaghetti Sauce Mix, water and sugar (if desired). Break tomatoes into small pieces. Simmer 10 min. Serve over fettuccini.
Makes 4 servings.
