Elk & Venison Marinade
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
1 1/2 | cup | water |
1/2 | cup | red wine vinegar |
2 | tsp. | Onion flakes |
1 | cloce | garlic |
1/2 | tsp. | Thyme

4 | sprigs | parsley |
12 | whole | black peppercorns |
1/2 | cup | chopped celery

Place ingredients in sauce pan, bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 1 hour, cool.
- Pour over meat and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
