Comments: Wonderful over ice cream or pound cake.

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup strong, brewed coffee

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoon amaretto liqueur

• In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine chocolate chips, coffee and butter.
• Stir over low heat until melted. Remove from the heat, and stir in cream and amaretto. Serve warm
