Sinfully delicious!!

1	tbsp.	butter
1	tbsp.	tomato paste
2	tbsp.	finely chopped shallot
1/2	cup	heavy cream
1/4	cup	dry white wine
1	tbsp.	mustard (Dijon/Dusseldorf)
1	tsp	Wocestershire Sauce
		salt and pepper
1/2	cup	chicken broth

Melt butter in pan and add shallots. cook briefly stirring. Add wine and cook down to about 2 tablespoons.

Add the Wocestershire Sauce and broth. Stir in tomato paste and cook down to almost half. Add cream and stir. Add mustard, salt to taste, and a lot of pepper.
