CUCUMBER SAUCE #2
From the Kitchen of:
Pepper
Great on poached fish or as a salad dressing.
2
large
cucumbers, peeled, seeded and grated
4
tbl.
chopped fresh dill or
4
tea.
dried dillweed
2
cups (16 oz.)
sour cream
1
tea.
salt or to taste
2
tea.
lemon juice
1/4
tea.
pepper or to taste
In a large bowl, combine the cucumber and sour cream.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and dill.
Fold into our cream-cucumber mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
Yield: about 3 1/2 cups
