Try this-it rocks!

		Fresh lime juice - from 1/2 lime
1	tbls.	Srirachi chili sauce (from jar - has seeds)
1	tbls.	worcestorshire sauce
1/2	cup	Ketchup
2+	tsp	horseradish
1-2	tsp	dehydrated onions or fresh minced onions *

• Mix all the ingredients together.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve

*(soak the fresh onions in ice water to remove acidity that causes indigestion)
