Caramel Sauce

1/2 | cup | butter |
1 1/4 | cup | packed brown sugar |
2 | tbsps | light corn syrup |
1/2 | cup | whipping cream |

In saucepan, melt butter; stir in brown sugar and corn syrup.
- Cook and stir until boiling. Stir in 1/2 cup whipping cream; return to boiling.
- Serve warm.
- Makes 9 servings
