California Marinade
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
Comments: Marinade for beef or shrimp. Could be used for fish but a little too spicy on fish for my taste.
1/2 | cup | Cooking Oil |
1 | dash | Tabasco sauce |
1/4 | cup | Lemon Juice |
2 | tbl. | Vinegar |
1 | tbl. | Paprika |
2 | teas. | Salt |
2 | tbl. | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | Cloves | Garlic, crushed |
- Put all ingredients in blender, and mix on med for about 2 minutes.
- Pour sauce into a sealable container, put lid on tightly and store marinade, tightly covered, in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Shake or beat well before using.
Serves 6.
