BRANDY SAUCE

1/2 | cup | confectioner's sugar |
1 | cup | whipping cream |
2 | ozs. | brandy |
- Beat one egg until thick, add the confectioner's sugar.
- Whip 1 cup whipping cream, then add brandy.
- Mix with sugar and egg.
- Goes well with bread puddings
