Blueberry Ginger Sauce

Serve hot or cold over cake or ice cream

  • In a saucepan, combine the flour, sugar, and blueberries.
  • Gradually stir in the ginger ale.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  • Remove from the heat and blend in the butter.
