Blueberry Ginger Sauce
From the Kitchen of: Brick
Serve hot or cold over cake or ice cream
1/2 | C. | Sugar |
1/4 | C. | Flour |
2 | C. | Blueberries |
2 | C. | Ginger Ale |
2 | Tbsp. | Butter or Margarine |
In a saucepan, combine the flour, sugar, and blueberries.
Gradually stir in the ginger ale.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from the heat and blend in the butter.
