BECHAMEL SAUCE, MICROWAVE

Worchestershire Sauce (opt.)

grated Cheddar cheese (opt.)
In a glass pan of 3 cups capacity, melt the butter at level 10 for 60 seconds.
Mix in the flour to make a paste. Slowly add milk,stirring continuously.
Bake at level 10 for 6 minutes, stirring twice. While still hot Worchestershire sauce may be added or cheese.
