Wild Rice And Turkey Salad
From the Kitchen of: Pepper

2 | cups | Wild rice, cooked |
3 | cups | Turkey breast pieces |
1-1/2 | cups | Fresh spinach |
1 | cup | Sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 | cup | Cherry tomatoes |
1 | bunch | Green onions |
Dressing
| | |
1-1/2 | cups | Vegetable oil |
1 | cup | Raspberry vinegar |
2 | Tbsps | Sugar |
| | Salt and pepper |

Cook rice and cool. Cut the turkey breast into bit size pieces. Cut up
spinach and green onions and slice the mushooms and tomatoes.
- Gently mix the first 6 items together.
- Mix last four items thoroughly. Toss in with rest of ingredients.
