Wilted Spinach Salad

cups
Spinach (enough for about 4 people)
4
slices
Bacon, diced
4
Green onions
1/2
tsp
Salt
Pinch of pepper
3
Tbsp
Vinegar
3
Tbsp
Water
2
Tbsp
Brown sugar
1
Hard boiled egg as an optional garnish
Fry bacon until crisp.
Add onions, salt, pepper, vinegar, water, and sugar.
Stir.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over spinach.
Toss until coated and wilted.
Scatter egg over top.
Serve immediately.
