Good on jello salads or fruit salads. My mother-in-law has used this.

1/2	cup	Whipping cream
1	cup	Mayonnaise
2	Tbsp	Confectioner's sugar
3/4	cup	Strawberries, mashed

• Whip cream until stiff. Fold in mayonnaise, sugar and strawberries.
• Makes about 3 cups.
