Roast Beef Salad

cup
Diced cooked beef
2
Hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Tomatoes, quartered
1
small
Head lettuce
French Dressing or Mayonnaise
Toss beef with eggs and tomatoes. Serve on lettuce with French dressing or mayonnaise.
Yield: 6 servings.
NOTE: Diced cooked ham, tongue or corned beef may be substituted for beef if desired.
