Roquefort Dressing
From the Kitchen of:

Also makes a good dip.
1
carton (16 oz.)
Large curd cottage cheese
1
3 oz. wedge
Roquefort cheese
1
quart
Best Foods Mayonnaise
1 (or less)
can
Canned milk.
Crumble cheese over cottage cheese and sprinkle heavily with course black pepper. Let stand 1 hour. Stir frequently.
Add 1 quart Best Foods mayonnaise.
Mix. Add one (or less) cans canned milk.
