Refrigerator Cole Slaw
From the Kitchen of: Pat Lamb
1 | medium | Cabbage, shredded |
1 | | Green pepper |
2 | stalks | Celery |
1 | | Onion |
1 | | Carrot |
Dressing:
3/4 | cup | White sugar |
1/2 | cup | Salad oil |
2 | tsp | Salt |
1/2 | tsp | Celery seed |
1/2 | cup | White vinegar |
- Mix the cabbage, green pepper, celery, onion and carrot together.
- Bring ingredients for dressing to a boil and pour over cabbage mixture while still hot.
