Raspberry Wine Vinegarette

This is a non-fat recipe. 13 calories per tablespoon, 0% fat

cups
Raspberries, blackberries or strawberries, fresh or frozen

17 oz bottles
White wine vinegar
1-1 1/2
cups
Sugar
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour through a wire mesh strainer, discarding pulp.
Pour into decorative jars or bottles. Cover.
Store in refrigerator.
Yield: 5 cups
