Potato Salad

2 | lbs | Potatoes |
| | Salt and pepper |
| | Sugar |
| | Vinegar |
| | Onions |
| | Mayonnaise |
| | Milk |
- Boil potatoes in their jackets until cooked, but not falling
apart.
- Cool and peel skins off.
- Cut potatoes into thin slices.
- Add salt, pepper, sugar to taste.
- Add vinegar.
- Slice onions into very thin rings and add.
- Add mayonnaise and cold milk.
