Pineapple Hula Hoop

Jello Lime Flavor gelatin

Salt

Boiling water
1 1/2
cups
Lemon-lime carbonated beverage or cold water

can (15 1/4 oz)
Sliced pineapple, drained and halved

Blanched almonds
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add beverage and chill until thickened.
Meanwhile, arrange half the pineapple in a 5 cup ring mold, placing an almond in center of each half ring.
Spoon gelatin into mold and add remaining pineapple, pressing down lightly.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold.
Garnish with crisp salad greens, if desired.
Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
