Pea Salad

Minced celery

Minced onion

Water chestnuts, drained and sliced

Mayonnaise

oz. (or more)
Petite frozen peas
1-1/2
cup
Roasted cashews
Mix celery, onion and water chestnuts with mayonnaise and marinate overnight.
Three hours before serving, add peas and cashews.
Refrigerate until served.
