* multi-colored veggie spirals are nice to use here if you can find them or penne pasta
Garlic Dressing:
1/3cupRed wine vinegar | ||
1/2 cup Vegetable oil | ||
2 tsp.Garlic salt | ||
1tsp.Black pepper -- or to taste | ||
1/2 cup Mayonnaise |
Notes: You may substitute a package of the frozen mixed bell peppers and onion strir fry mix.
