Molded Salmon Salad

Condensed tomato soup, undiluted

cup
Cold water

envelopes
Plain gelatin

pkg. (8 oz.)
Cream cheese
1
can
Salmon
1/4
cup
Grated onion
1
cup
Finely chopped celery
1
cup
Finely chopped cucumbers
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat tomato soup with 1/2 cup water. Do not boil. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and add to tomato mixture; stir until dissolved.
Add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in vegetables, then fold in flaked salmon. Pour into dish or mold.
Serve on lettuce leaf with mayonnaise.
Serves 10.
