This salad is a little bit different than most.

1 or 2 | cups | chopped celery |
1/2 | cup | Chopped onion (to taste) |
2 | Grated carrots | |
1 | Diced green pepper | |
1 | small can | peas (optional) |
3 or 4 | Chopped hard boiled eggs |
Dressing
2 | cups | Mayonnaise (I use fat-free) |
1/2 | cup | Sugar |
1/3 | cup | Vinegar |
