This is a delicious topping for your jellied or fruit salad. My mother-in-law says this is a good dressing.

1	lrg	Egg, beaten
1/4	cup	Sugar
1/4	cup	Lemon juice
1	cup	Whipping cream

• Beat egg in saucepan. Then add sugar and lemon juice.
• Cook and stir until mixture boils. Remove from heat, then cool.
• Whip cream until stiff.
• Fold into cooled lemon mixture. Spoon over salad.
